A new platform for work
Balcone is a work OS for teams that do not need more noise. Boards, tasks, communication, and AI come together in a calmer place - so work can breathe again.
Boards, workflows, AI - at a distance from the urgent.
We'll let you know as soon as Balcone is ready for you. Free at launch.
There are those evenings on the balcony. With people you like, a glass in your hand, the city below you. The phone lies face down on the table.
You know everything down there keeps moving.
And still, you can stay with the moment.
Why should work feel any different?
We believe good work often looks slow. Sometimes the best decision of the day is to do nothing for an hour. Sometimes the most valuable thing a team contributes is what someone consciously chose not to do.
AI should protect that space, not fill it. It takes on the tidying up so you can actually shape things. It sees the whole while you focus on the particular. And it helps before you have to ask.
Balcone is my attempt to build a tool that leaves room. For thoughts, for good decisions, for work you will still be proud of later. With AI considered from the beginning - not bolted on afterwards.

- One of many
Not everything is urgent right away.
What can wait gathers in a quiet place. You decide when to look - not the system. And if you forget it for a day, it lets you know exactly once.
- Two of many
Keeps an eye on what you can no longer see.
One AI companion per board, reading along quietly. It flags what has gone stale, blocked, or pointless - the tidying work no one likes doing and everyone gets stuck on anyway.
A look inside the product
Familiar elements - boards, cards, workflows. With space between them, AI that thinks with you, and data that belongs to you.
Focus Mode, Quiet Calls, Coffee Status, Slow Lane, Companion. The modes of work rest quietly up top - ready when you need them.
What matters is clear on the left. What can wait sits on the right in Slow Lane - visible, but quiet.
Not every click counts. What counts is what was actually delivered - and what it set in motion for others.
What else you'll find
Not every good idea needs its own chapter. Three things that make a difference in everyday work.
Captured in seconds - sorted into the right place.
An AI quickly checks whether it really is a quick to-do or actually a larger thing that belongs somewhere else.
No more "got a minute?" ambushes.
You decide when you can be reached. The system only connects the call then - and only if the call is truly needed.
Three unplanned minutes with someone from another team.
If both people have the time and the mood, the system connects you - briefly, lightly, without a meeting.
A point of view
You decide.
Today we measure almost everything. Often just because it can be measured.
Why not use the data to help the person who is actually doing the work?
Instead of feeding another dashboard that makes management feel like they hired AI agents, not humans.
Your own score? At first, only you see it.
